In a world filled with superpowers called "Quirks" a young boy, Izuku Midoriya doubts his abilities to become a hero.  Izuku Midoriya has a quirk that allows him to control the feathers in his vibrant dark green wings on his back, as well as their sharpness. This would be a powerful quirk...If he knew how to use his wings. Constantly ridiculed and bullied for his lack of physical strength, will Midoriya find the strength to become a hero? I mean, how can one use their wings if they can't fly?

He is made fun of for this quirk that would be better for evil and decides they're right. He joins the league of villains in hope of revenge against the ones who hurt him, including All Might.
