Trent Alexander Arnold thought everything would have been good. His team has won the League and he is on top of the world.

But then his world comes crashing down when his girlfriend leaves him just when he buys a ring to propose. Everything starts spiralling downwards when his entire game is thrown off.

Trent needs serious help, such as therapy to help him cope and get back on track.

Only his therapist, Samara Witmoore, is desperately trying to not drown in her financial responsibilities. She was just a child when her life crashed and now she has to pay the bills while making sure that her aunt doesn't overdose and kill herself.

Both of them seem to be failing at life, but do they find peace and serenity in each other? Or will they succumb to the pressure all around them?
