A group of scientists - kind of including Science but since he's amazing it's not his fault... - made a special completely confusing disease that involved in the death of the brain but not the body. They are separated into different ways of their lives(?) The bite to eat and the bite of create. One is to feed themselves the other is to carry on their quickly spreading disease.
