"Oh my god, I need an ambulance, t-there's been an accident!" A young girl said as she stuttered.
"Calm down miss, just tell me what happened." The operator said in her most calm voice.
"I don't know...my friend was crossing the street and was hit by a car. It came out of nowhere!" The young witness said in a shaky tone.
