He is not a well-known commander unlike most of his colleagues, as he only prefers to do his own pacing. One day, he got promoted by his superiors and allowed him to lead a fleet of his own, that's where he got the opportunity to pick the ship girl whom he really wanted to get along with after so long but with a twist.
