Elias is a Filipino orphan raised in Britain. He takes his fellow brown Isagani to Edinburgh for a holiday. These two military men face the injustice of being brown. Elias writes in his journal the troubles they meet.  

These stories are all fictional. It is not supposed to attack a certain group at all. Its only purpose is to tell a story about injustices.
