Leila Malfoy has always fallen under her twin brother Draco's shadow. When she doesn't get sorted into Slytherin at Hogwarts, Draco and Leila do nothing but drift apart from each other. As they grow older, Leila sees the path Draco is heading down, and she's the only one who's trying to stop it.
With her new Hogwarts family, she remains protected from her parents and Voldemort...except...Voldemort needs Leila badly. She has the power to bring people back from the dead and she doesn't even know about until her fourth year. As Voldemort gains more power during her years at Hogwarts, the search for Leila becomes a priority for the Death Eaters. Eventually, she is forced to leave her home and hide from her parents.
