Reputation. One word that teenagers desperately try to keep up, even though the truth may be far from what meets the eye. This is especially accurate for alleged bad boy Jaden Hawke. Jaden's rough, unfriendly, and cold nature causes ridiculous rumors to circulate around his school like wildfire. Fear of speaking up about the extremely embarrassing truth about his authentic character, Jaden goes along with his false reputation. His lies dig a grave so deep that's almost impossible to get out of, even if the faux bad boy wanted to. Chances of crushing Jaden's rumors appear grim, until one day a spunky and loud mouthed girl, more commonly known as Tansy Huggins, catches him acting extremely different compared to his "normal" rugged character she's so used to hearing about, discovering that the famous bad boy of the school is actually an impostor. Working together, these unlikely friends attempt to clear up the rumors once and for all, but it's not as easy as it looks when trying to get rid of a three year reputation. Will Jaden and Tansy be able to squash the outrageous bad boy status or will Jaden be stuck for the rest of his high school career as an impostor?
