Capt. Luxifer Kurogane is the youngest commander and tactician the Royal Eagle have ever produced. Despite his young age, he has accomplished and won numerous battles across the seas during the Third World War solidifying his brilliance.

Even with his skyrocketing fame, he never showed his face to anyone aside from his superiors , therefore, eliminating the threat of assassination. With his achievements and resounding fame, he earned the monicker, "Shadow Tactician."

However, one day, while he was preparing for a strategy for a major operation,  he ultimately met his demise.
