Marcus Flint was convinced no one would ever want him after spending his years in Hogwarts despite being an Heir to House Flint, he was nothing more than a troll to them. 

Dahlia Dursley was kept in eyesight by everyone no matter where she went, she had a beauty to behold, and being the cousin to the famous Harry Potter didn't help the staring.

Marcus wanted to be noticed.
Dahlia wanted to be invisible.
In the end, they saw each other despite everything.

For the sake of the story let's pretend that Vernon Dursley's family originated from France, making the French Ministry of Magic able to track Dahlia's magic.

These events are based on the book "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's (Philosopher's) Stone." I will also tell these stories sometimes based on the movies and other times based on the books. Hermione was the one who loved to learn new things, she always knew the answer to every question, and the one who followed the rules. Kira could care less about school because in her words, "It needed to be more interesting," and she was the one to break the rules. Kira usually did this so her mother would have a reason to come back home. One day, Kira and Hermione both got these strange letters saying that they would both be going to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
