I watched an anime series called Neon Genesis Evangelion, and decided not to. 18 years later I wrote a book about everything that happened in-between. In my memoir/autobiography - The Journey So Far: A Transcultural Tale of Giant Robots, Abuse, Mental Illness, Spirituality and how Video Games and Anime Saved a Young Man's Life, I recount the story of how a young man faced with a myriad of crippling mental illnesses and a dysfunctional and abusive family kept afloat with the help of video games, anime, music, therapy and a host of other things. It is a tale of both tragedy and triumph - how I almost died on more than one occasion, but persevered and eventually found love, friendship, human connection and greater understanding of the world and its ways, as well as reconciliation with my abusers. And it's got giant robots in it! How could you say no? :)

This is my take on those stories that have only one human male on a planet full of anthros. You know the ones, where a nuke, virus, or/and war that destroyed the human race except for one and for some unexplain reason ten years later furries rule the earth with a fully functioning government and technology. Oh, and sometimes this human has all the powers of comics and mange for also unexplained reason or another. With every character is spelled out on these bio picks before you even read the story, ruining any suspension or mystery the story could have. Sorry, went on a little rant but I have a hard time reading those kinds of stories, so I decided to make my own. So the actual story; A human crash landed onto a alien world where the dominant species are ten feet tall female wolves. Now he have to survive this warrior world that seeks to use him or destroy him, but under his meek facade is something much more then any one could imagine. Hope you enjoy.
