A pro-hero gone rogue has become the new villain in this spin-off series. Familial ties and bonds are put to the test when an unexpected force of evil is brought up in Japan.

We follow Chidori Shūzenji, the only granddaughter of Chisato Shūzenji (a.k.a Recovery Girl), as she enters as a transfer student into UA from her hometown after her parents are sent to work at a hospital near Musutafu, Japan. As a new transfer student, she struggles a bit to get along with her new classmates and the rumors that have already circulated along the UA walls. However, after meeting some students from Class 1-A, she begins to embark on a journey of self-discovery and her family's own dark past.
