"we're not who we used to be we're not who we used to be we're just two ghosts standing in the place of you and me trying to remember how it feels to have a heartbeat" (new description) cassiopeia died back in 95' just shortly after a band, sunset curve did. after coming back as a ghost 25 years later, she finds herself back at her old house who just so happened is owned by her old bestfriends family. while she's there, cassiopeia will fall in love with the lead singer of sunset curve who is in a band with julie, rose's daughter. cassiopeia will also reconnect with her newly found brother- up until something bad happens to her. continue reading to see cassiopeia and luke's relationship evolve and if the two ghosts were truly meant to be together, or if they're only meant to be two ghosts who don't exists. luke patterson x oc lowercase intended keep in mind, this is my first actual story so it may be badComplete

Harmony grew up with Sunset Curve. Their music was the soundtrack of her childhood, blasting through car speakers on late-night drives, dancing barefoot in the kitchen with her parents, singing every word as if it meant something. She knew the story. The band that could have been huge, cut short by a freak accident after eating tainted street dogs. But even years later, she never stopped listening. And while the people who knew them loved Luke's raspy, reckless energy or Alex's perfect timing, her heart always drifted to Reggie. Something about his voice, so warm and steady, calmed her down in a way nothing else could. Even when she could barely hear him over the others, it always felt like he was singing just to her. Leila Mercer was an honorary member of Sunset Curve however unlike her twin, Alex, dancing called to her more than being in a band. She dreamed of one day joining them on stage, however, once they finally get their big gig at The Orpheum only to die that very same night, Leila never thought she'd be able to join them on stage again. After their deaths, she became a shell of the person she was, losing her best friend, her brother, and the love of her life in one night had destroyed her mind, and her body followed when she began to get sick. As if by fate, she died a year later on the anniversary of their deaths. However when she came back as a ghost, she was not reunited with the band. Instead, she was alone in a new world.
