A president elects a professional spy, assasin and inspector as his secretary. She is also his next of keen meaning should anything happen to him, she takes over as the second arm and the vice president as third. He is taken by a group of master mind criminals.
A man joins a criminal community in building a new country. They take down weak countries to cause other countries to send aid funds which they embezzled for their cause.
After a long period of time, the secretary finally takes action. Will she be able to uncover all mysteries, find the president and determine their real plan?
