Meet Shauna Peck, a girl who lives in the outskirts of Sydney and attends Penrith High. She is smart in English and desires to become an English teacher, but faces difficulties because she encounters a deaf lifestyle, BUT the difference between being completely deaf and only a certain amount? Is the assistance of her Cochlear Implants.
Meet Hamish Ford, a boy who had just moved to the outskirts of Sydney. He hates this because he is new to the neighbourhood and is unfamiliar of his surroundings. Struggling because not only does he not know his way around to school, down the street or around his own home but Hamish? His blind.
