Zahra life consists of helping her mother keep up with her siblings and the small house they live in, in a deprived neighborhood, with a majority of black people, the only things that help her get through her stressful life is weed, her crew, and music, but when her mother signs her up for a lavish summer school to help her with school but to mostly get her out of her dangerous neighborhood, she meets a tiresome guy named Leo who starts to grow on her, but the only problem is his skin color, Zahra doesn't judge people by their sin color especially since all the hate she's been giving but with societies rules about her life, he doesn't fit in.

Deimos Alexander, a hyper ADHD 20-year-old, was shocked when he realized that a new business had opened up across the street. He looked in the window and saw (In his best friend's words) an "Emo in the wild" tattooing someone. He makes a bouquet for him and places it on his porch step. He almost dropped his coffee the following day when he saw an oil pastel drawing on his welcome mat from the tattoo artist.
