Strength isn't how strong you are or how weak you are, it's how you make it, strength is what's in the dark.
The dark and shadows in this world no one knows about but I had first row seats to a attack.
I started hunting with a group that got attacked.
I'm the youngest but can fight but I also baby sit the bosses kids, he introduced me to hunting and he has two kids, a girl and boy, he's eighteen but had a rough past, the kids love me.
He's the oldest guy so the boss.
There a totally of eight of us, six boys and two girls, I'm one off the girls.
My older brother hunts with me as well as my cousin.
We hunt with strangers as well but they aren't strangers anymore, we're all friends.
We find a lot off things in the dark even things that aren't in the fairy tails.
I should start from the beginning.

My dream continued the one I'd been having for the past couple of nights. I ran, gasping for breath, through the familiar woods from a dark figure behind me. The faster I tried to run, the slower I seemed to go, until it was like I was running in place. I knew I needed to run. I was terrified of what the figure would do when he caught me. "Mara Leigh," a deep, smooth voice called. It was almost hypnotic. That was new. The figure had never spoke before now. I ran as fast as I could go, eyes searching the forest floor for a big stick or something that I could use to defend myself. "Mara Leigh!" the voice came again, this time more insistent. The forest slowly started to fade and I started to awake to someone shaking my shoulders. "Beau?" I mumbled, turning my head to the side. What's Beau doing in my room this time of night? Why is he shaking me? "Do not call me that name." My eyes flew open as I jumped at the voice from my dream. A face was right in front of mine, and just like the voice, it wasn't Beau. Before I could form a scream, a hand covered my mouth. I tried to bite it but I couldn't get my mouth to open. He's too strong. I started to use my whole body to try to get away, but he crawled on top of me, holding me down. I pulled the hidden knife out from under my pillow and slashed as hard as I could at him, but he just grabbed my wrist and squeezed it until the pain made me drop the knife. Then he grabbed both my hands in one of his and held them over my head. He held me down while I struggled. I grunted and moved and tried to kick and scream, but I only wore myself out. Exhausted, I stopped thrashing and let the tears flow freely down my cheeks. I didn't know what to do, so I just tried to prepare myself for whatever was coming.Completa

Something more than normal teenagers struggles. It would have been easier to have everyday problems rather than these... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ We have been running for an hour, there are many cuts all along my hand and I have broken one of my heels. I can't hear anything except my heart pounding in my ear. So I decreased my pace to calm my heart and to see if we are being followed anymore. I signaled for everyone to stop. " I don't think we are being followed anymore," I said. " I guess you are right," Jim said. There was a long cut across his chest and his shirt was soaked " Oh my God! Is that blood? Are you hurt?" I asked. "Nah, it's just a scratch, it's not even...." I am 16 years old and finally will have a life out the home I have know for so long. I will be going to a school. The leaders of our city will be picking which school I fit in. Except these school aren't what they seem to the naked eye. They involve monsters no one ever thought real. Vampires, Werewolves, Witches and Shape-shifters. How can I survive learning about these things daily for my whole life?! But, the thing is I won't be learning about them to just...learn. I will be finding out about these creatures because...I am one. New friendships brew while enemies start to boil. Some friends become more than friends. Then some turn on her. She's different. Monsters are everywhere, but the human ones are the worst. At least the Creatures of the Night don't kid almost families, friends, neighbors, coworkers. Once reborn they live in the night. Sure, they do all of the same twisted things that humans do to one another, but they don't hide who they are. When you see them you know death is coming. You can predict the sick things they will do to you. But when the monster looks human, you're blindsided. One minute you're in love with a guy and the next he's slitting your throat. Trust me, I speak from experience. Gruesome things that use to make me sick now makes my stomach flutter in joy. I traded charming grins and blue eyes for carved smilies and orbs of onyx. I traded sunlight for the glow of the moon. I gave up living amongst humans for creatures of the night. And I wouldn't go back for anything in the world. I am finally home. I've spent so much time running from monsters that it's my turn to do the chasing. Sweet Dreams...
