Y/N always thought she was just a normal teenager, living a normal life...
Until, one summer, she discovers that she is a witch and she needs to attend the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardy. On top of that, she is fourteen, three years behind the rest of her classmates.
However, she is no ordinary witch. Y/N happens to be Voldemort's niece. Consequently, she is the only descendant and rightful heir to Salazar Slytherin, one of the four founders of Hogwarts and one of the most powerful wizards of all times. But she cannot tell anyone, especially her fellow Slytherin friends. She must be kept away from Lord Voldemort, her unique parent, who will try to turn her into a Death Eater.
Fleeing the Dark Lord, Y/N will have to choose between good and evil. And one of her classmates, the notorious Draco Malfoy will definitely not make her life at Hogwarts easier for her.
