Mikeys dare and question book

Mikey has a journal that he writes in everyday that has dares and questions for his brothers,including himself and April,but not Casey(p.s i don't like very much,im a total Aprilatello fan a huge and enormous one in fact)These dares and question are ones he's really wanted to ask or dare them in a long time,but no one listens.so he writes them down so he won't forget them and so that when he gets done filling it up he'll just force them to listen or come up with some sorta game.
