Ještě před nedávnem žily dryády ve svém lese a lidský svět o nich slyšel jen m álokdy. Ale stejně jako mezi lidmi se i v této schované říši nacházejí zrádci, kteří nenávidí svůj rod. A tak začala dlouhá válka, ve které mnoho dryád i lidí zemřelo.
Některým jedincům se povedlo přežít a ti společně utekli. Ale ne všichni mohli v té době odejít a na některé se dokonce zapomnělo.
Po dlouhé době se ve skrytu lesa probouzí mladá dryáda.
