this is a story I thought of myself. it takes places after season 5. after the battle with horde prime and order has been restored, adora takes catra to the castle to live there but the people vote to lock her up instead for the damage she caused. with adora fighting for catras right to freedom, they end up both getting exiled. horde prime recovering from his loss, he decides to send down a clone so powerful it would take the combine forces of all the princesses and then some. This clone's only purpose is to kill shera

I wanted to investigate, but I had to face my leader, Hordak. All night I couldn't sleep, I couldn't stop thinking about the mysterious girl in the forest. I couldn't stand it, I convinced Hordak to let me return to the Whispering Woods for an investigation of resources. And let me tell you, what I found will top Adora's She-Ra costume at any time. I'm Catra, and this my story on how I found my family.

A "what if" Adora was the one that came back to get Catra out of the Horde since in most Fan fics, its Carta that returns to Adora. Plays 2 weeks after Adora joined the Rebellion so about ep 3-4 of S1 and changes course from there. I joined this Fanbase way to late but i still want to write it since i have run out of things to read. During the battle, she's injured and is left behind by the Horde army. Adora gets rescued by two rebells: princess Glimmer and her best friend, Bow. Despite Bow's better judgement, Glimmer tries to makes Adora understand that the Horde is evil. In the night, the girl sneaks away and gets lost in the Whispering Woods, where she finds a mysterious sword. (This a She-ra rewrite.
