People are only allowed one child, each additional baby is sent away, where?, that is something that no one in the kingdom of Ravaryn knows. You are forbidden to leave the kingdom, any attempts are punishable by death, you can be imprisoned for any reason if the soldiers want to. The people of Ravaryn all have jet black hair, the pigment is kept by the atmosphere in which they live, if they are to leave the kingdom, it turns white, which cannot be reversed.
