Russian officials gather and have plans to nuke itself so that that they can try to surprise the enemy. 2 more years later and the Russian citizens are living underground where 4 rulers live and each control their own city. In the center of it all is a giant clock tower. The rebels  are group that believes that the citizens should know that the Sirs and Queen of the cities are lying to them and to join them by any means necessary. Join Pyotr as he discovers the past and his own past and how he can show the citizens that there is no need to fear the above and how he will prove to them that all is safe or will he be left bleeding on the ground?
