As she surfaces, the summer weather has disappeared and she discovers her friends' lifeless bodies floating next to her. But how could this happen to strong swimmers in a shallow loch with no currents? The investigation commences and it's clear the police are struggling to find answers. Radically they suggest calling in special advisors to assist the investigation - the Paranormal Investigation Team (PIT). Will they fare better than the local police force? This isn't the first unexplained death to occur in this spot, after all this is the same loch where three children were discovered floating dead in the Loch during a game of hide and seek at a birthday party. Rain knows that supernatural forces don't exist. But no living person could have done this.
