All Earthians get their magic stored away in their stomach at a young age to keep it from becoming too powerful should it ever be awakened. However, two siblings are special in this regard. Lauren, the older sister, got her magic removed when she was five, old enough to remember what it was like to have magic. Kaleb, her younger brother, got his magic stored in his heart, a very dangerous and powerful place for magic to be stowed away, causing it to grow to unimaginable power.

These twins of prophecy run away from a home life that ruined their perception of the world. In their run away from home, they stumble upon another world full to the brim with magic, in which they hone their abilities in order to complete the prophecy. They are destined to bring the two worlds into balance, bringing magic back to Earth and order back to Aleraa.
