In the myth, Luna, the moon, fell in love with Mar, the son of the sea god. Their forbidden love makes Mar imprisoned in one of his father caves. So people says that when everytime Luna appears in their meeting place, the sea gets troubled 'cause it's Mar trying to escape from his cave.
