She is once a jolly child and now she's cold. She became lifeless woman with no emotion but to care and protect those people who are important to her.
She is once a happy and understanding mother when death took the love of her life. She became cold, strict, and cruel until she's married again for the sake of her two other daughters. Spoiled her daughters with material things while abused her stepdaughter.
As their paths meet again, life began to change for the both of them.

She lost her mum young, she feels pressured by the public to be the epitome of perfect. Her boyfriend, Klein, is trying to help her but she feels like he's adding to her pressure. And often she feels like there's no way out. When she was younger, she had an accident that's led her to live the way she does. She hates things the way they are. She just wants everything to freeze so she can bask in its glory before it's disappeared for good.
