Lila Higgins was a normal girl who just wanted to go into the sea for a swim. Until she met a mermaid named Rikki Oceana, and turned into one of Rikki's kind for a while. At least, it was supposed to be for a while. Only that Rikki forgot that if Lila stayed in the water for too long, she would become a mermaid permanently.
Now, Lila is stuck as a mermaid. She has to give up her human family, but that is only the start of her troubles. Yet, she won't give up.

And stop her brother for his act of disposing his only twin sibling. The two white witches told her to take a swim in the sea before leaving. Before Lucia tries to get out of the water, she was suddenly transformed into a mermaid by the two white witches. There are two ways to break the spell before her time is up by the next month. If Lucia gets a kiss by the merman, she'll be a mermaid for all eternity. If the princess gets a kiss from the prince on land, she will be human again. If not, she will be lost in the world of water. Will Lucia see her family again as a mermaid? How is she going to reach them if she can't swim as a mermaid? Princess Lucia was new to be a mermaid.
