Charles inserts himself into a dating simulator where the main love interest commits suicide. His main objective is to stop the main character from dying, but he continuously fails at this. He starts doing more drastic things as he resets his game save file repeatedly, but the world cannot handle all the tampering he has done. It's only a matter of time before the code itself fails to continue. TW: Suicide, dark themes, heartbreak, and general sadness. Metanote: Suicide, suicidal thoughts, and the lack of consideration for suicide (usually by people joking about it) has been detrimental in my life, and it's taken away a lot of the spirit in me. This story is not meant to glorify suicide, but rather, to show the constant pain that it can leave people with. I am not saying that those who committed suicide are somehow "evil," but I am saying that there are real-world consequences for those who are left behind. (Okay, I know that this has been writing so many times over, but this is my version.) Addi is 14, an orphan and her only role models are Dan and Phil. She has a habit of self-harming. And a voice that makes her do things she doesn't want to do. Then she is adopted by her role models, and her life seems perfect, she's even made some friends. But it all turns dark when her friends have dark secrets of their own and Addi's voice returns. Can she get through this, or is it all coming to a drastic end? (This story will contain some harsher language and self-harm. You have been warned!) I also just want to say that this is the first story I ever completed and at the time it was hard and I was proud of my efforts, but now I hate it and cringe just thinking about it. I hadn't had a plan when writing and just went as I wished to. I won't unpublished this as a basic point to see how far I've come when writing other works, but this isn't something I've continued to be proud of. Why do bad things happen to good people? A question that his boy is making himself more then ever this days. From the beginning we see a 17 year old boy, struggling to finish high School, filled up with insecurities, mental health issues, a toxic family home, and impossible standards to live up to. He has learn to not only hate his life, but to want finish it off as fast as possible. Close to finally graduating high school his English teacher, Mr Steve, assigns the class a special progect. "To be able to see life through different eyes, and write about it." For this, Mr Steve gets his class to assist a hospital 3 times a week, and assigns each student, with a patient. This is the moment where this boy meets Royal, a cancer sick 17 year old girl, that has lived in a hospital her hole life, but still finds beauty and meaning in it. Through out the report the boy gets more and more involved in Royal's life, spending unfortunately moments together. But through out the journey he asks himself more and more.
