*Some horror-like elements, a little spooky, but not much*

Adventures need not be for the chance of gold and silver, nor for the priceless objects of great worth or magical substance. Expeditions into the unknown do not often come back fruitful and with great success. Sometimes, the adventure is merely embarking on a new journey, without truly knowing the destination at heart...

Join a group of lost adventurers as they fight through the frigid ice of Lossenburk-searching for long lost answers and tempting even the gods to hinder their travel.

Perhaps... some secrets are best left undiscovered... and others are just waiting to be uncovered...

It wasn't until after everything happened that I found and saved a human that I soon realized what was happening. BOOK ONE: Having enough courage to run through the woods and away from the people who convinced me they were saving me was not how I believed I'd spend my day. Yet, there I went escaping from the only place I knew existed in the world. Being held captive was too much for me, especially when these people wouldn't tell me who they were or even who I was. The first moment in my life I recall very clearly. I awoke in a dark room, with recollection of everything that happened in the world except for one thing. I had no memory of myself existing, I didn't know where I was or why these men kept me from leaving. Days after I first woke I asked plenty of questions, and yet none of them were answered. The only thing I learned was that I was not allowed outside because the woods heald the most powerful magic on the planet, the most dangerous magic. It was more than just bad men and curiosity about the forest that got me to leave, it was a pull towards something; towards magic. Once I was in the forest turning back was never an option, so I put it in my head that I'd keep walking until I found a civilization or a nice paved road that would lead to safety. But that never happened because the forest has a force living through it. Believing that the forest held something strange was the easy part but experiencing it myself was something totally different. I didn't expect anything normal but I didn't expect to be completly engulfed into the forest. I was led by an unknown presence that made me truly believe it was a living being, and in fact it is. I was innocent then, but now I know that anything can be hidden under a small platform in the woods with a secret bigger than the world itself. I was given life that day, until it all ended months later; the day I took my last breath.

He finally found the one. The one that he had given up on finding at such an early age, he finally found the person who could complete him. Now he just had to make sure he could keep her safe. He had found her in the worst possible place: right in the middle of a case. "By the way," his partner pulled him out of his thoughts. He surprised him by giving him a mischievous smirk. "That growl? 10/10 in my book. Very spooky. 9/10 on Rotten Tomatoes for Plot and Suspense. Of course, one point was taken away for doing it near humans, a woman, nonetheless. But, other than that, loved it." He had to take a deep breath for that. He stopped walking and glared at the man. "You know," he started. "One of these days you're going to wind up dead because of that mouth." "From you?" "Possibly." "Good," that smirk never left his face. "You have no idea how annoying it is being immortal." "Can't be worse than being friends with one," he rolled his eyes and continued his walk. As much as he was excited to find his love, he couldn't help but be concerned for the woman. She was a gypsy without a past or a family. And it seemed like there was more than just him looking for her. But who was it? And why? Why was she trapped in that glass? Detective Jim Magnar didn't know the answer to that. But he had a feeling that this was just the start to something much grander than a simple call on the police radio. It was a destiny trapped in glass. And now he had to figure out where it was leading him. * A mystery romance with a supernatural twist! Come and join this detective's ragtag group of friends and coworkers as he deciphers who is after the love of his life! Will he be able to win her over? Completed 07/31/23
LOST LIVES by Birbbirdbrid

Wandering had never been the best thing on many people's minds. Many people, especially young ones, like to wander around, however. They have high spirits, leap before looking, and generally see the world as fun to explore. Ones that do, so as well as disregard their personal values and aspirations, are generally seen as "lost". When the children all come home, none of them are lost. They see the bright daylight of tomorrow. They come home for dinner, sometimes for a quick snack, and get ready to set when they wander for next time. Although, some kids don't come back. That's not to say that they're gone. They're just lost. Lost in direction, travels, or just so happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. Being lost does come and go through. If you're lost, you're gonna be found sooner or later. How much later, however, is another story. It all depends on where you stop and figure out that you're actually lost, and who is going to find you anyway. If you're unlucky, you might just have to wait to be found for a long time. Hope you brought a book. There was a teenage boy who went by the name Zubin, who had decided to traverse the raging blizzards of "The White Hell" on a voyage to another home. The reason is that it stands between him and a place where he could start over after his life in his hometown had been decimated by an unknown cause. The White Hell seems impossible to go across, and it shows in almost killing Zubin...if it wasn't for the introduction of a penetrating, soft, female voice. -------------------- The Three Mage Sisters and Hyness aren't mine and are part of the Kirby Series owned by HAL Laboratory and Nintendo, and come from the 2017 video game "Kirby Star Allies".
