Four months After Unicron is stopped, Cade is no longer a fugitive. Vivian inherits Sir Edmund Burton's mansion; Cade, Izzy, and Tessa now live with her. Cade has a barn built for the bots and his workshop. Optimus Prime is staying, but who knows for how long? There are still humans who don't trust the Autobots, though there's no task force targeting them. The Autobots continue to patrol for Decepticons. Crosshairs has been missing his sister, Lightning Flares. Everyone thinks Cemetery Wind or the TRF killed her. One day on patrol, Crosshairs gets a signal, but it turns out it's not a Decepticon; it's his lost sister, Lightning Flares, but it's not the happy reunion everyone hoped for.

She wasn't bullied, but she has always felt this pressure on her to never screw up. Many people acknowledged her abilities in singing, drawing, and her pure imagination; but it never seemed to be enough to impress her current foster parents. When Tessa's mother died shortly after giving birth her, Cade needed some help. Tessa needed a female in her life to look up too, and he wasn't ready to jump into any relationship. So he thought of the next best thing. He thought it wasn't a terrible idea, since he would be giving a home to someone who needed it. So he adopted Naomi. He brought her home and treated her like family. The only thing Naomi ever truly wanted, she just had to wait till she was eight for it to happen. (This is just a fanfiction, I do not own one little bit of the transformers franchise. Any little extra bits that where not in the movie is something I wrote in, because why not.)

Feeling sympathy for his plight, she provided Drift some shelter and nursed him back to health. However in doing so Penelope is now caught up in the crossfires of a battle between flesh and metal including old enemies who want to properly tie up loose ends. Drift vows to keep Penelope safe, but that's easier said than done when you have to deal with a dishonourable bounty hunter and the threat of extinction looming on the hortizon. During the Chicago War, Sentinal Prime had a way to turn humans into Cybertronians and used Kennedy as a test subject. Since Cybertronians were scarce, the Decepticons wanted human females to be turned so they could continue the bloodline. Starting with Optimus Prime's weakness. Optimus didn't want Kennedy to be forced into becoming a Cybertronian, he wanted her to make that choice. Four years pass and Kennedy is feeling guiltier by the day for not telling her brother what happened while she was in Chicago. Four years have passed since she has seen her husband. Now, due to her brother buying a truck that got into a theater, Kennedy must protect her family from a new threat. Book 4 out of 5
