The chosen one is special, they're a superior being. They get glory, fame and protection. They are the ideal human they are the epitome of perfection and "good enough". They are the desire. Or so they all thought. When Miguel turned 17 he received his notice as one of the chosen ones. He thought it all was a hoax and told no one. As time inched closer and closer to his final moments of breath he realized he had some things to accomplish before it was too late.
Maybe it already was too late?
He fucked up.
