After Thanos snapped his fingers with the Infinity Gauntlet containing all Six Stones, the universe was gravely affected, with half of its total population, including each individual world.
During the Five-Year Repercussion Period, before the Avengers attempted the Time Heist, Earth was in chaotic anarchy. In the words of Dr. Strange, there are infinite alternate realities, and he may be right when it can concern something far-fetched yet possible.
What if the Infinity Stones weren't exactly gone as Thanos had stated before his death at the hands of Thor years later in isolation? What if they were just somewhere else beyond their reach? What if in this reality, something else happens instead of the Time Heist? Whatever happens, they must face it. Whether they like it or not, unpredictability is inevitable.
Runeterra, a world filled with chaos and harmony, may not be ready for what is to come. How will its inhabitants deal with the coming storm?
