Halloween Town has had a change of heart to the thieving henchmen to the nefarious Oogie Boogie. Jack and Sally have taken the three children in to their care and the three live happily in a home they always wanted. When Halloween rolls around the year after the Oogie Boogie incident, Lock, Shock, and Barrel want to give the Skellingtons the fright of their lives. This however releases a demon far worse then the Oogie Boogie and the three Boogie Boys (with Emily and Veronica by their side) must defeat it before it's too late...
