Someone with an animal quirk cannot donate or get any blood from another animal quirk that is not the same species or another quirk . A person with a fire quirk can only get or give blood from someone with a fire quirk. Blood loss is very dangerous only a quirkless person can donate blood to everyone and become blood from everyone. So Izuku has officially a quirk. His quirk makes him smarter and stronger than the rest of the average. Stronger? What an obvious lie.

They went into hiding, biding their time as generations passed. training their children to follow in their footsteps. The year is now 2XXX, and vigilantes are as rare as they've ever been before. All except one. Nobodies ever seen them. not the people they've saved, the villainess and thugs they've apprehended, the heroes who've been sent to arrest them. They only know their moniker.
