Nightmare's soul was a kid from Chris' class who used to bully him. He got killed by being crushed by a bunk bed falling on him. Ennard's soul is one of Michael's old friends. The Freddy one. He died by getting too close to him and chomping his head off. Glicthtrap's soul is William's old friend. He died by getting ran over by William accidently. Vanny's soul is the sister of Glitchtrap. She died by being starved and beaten to death by her father after Glitch died.

Even though Ennard has a soul...he is innocent because before he died he fell off a 2 story building and hit his head too hard. He lost his memories, except his friend's names. Family names and his name. This is why he is innocent.
