In 2012, a meteor shower struck earth, sending concentrated energy waves all over the planet and wiping out the human race
However, this foriegn essence began to alter and effect several animals, fusing them with other materials.
Today, these creatures have either formed factions or hunt alone, facing natural disasters and each other in the grip of Survival.
