Kyle Rykins is a special kind of human. Some would argue that he isn't even human at all. He is able to manipulate the very fabric of space.

However, he can only do this when the lights go out.

A menacing government agency decides to capture him, along with thousands more. These prisoners are deemed "Night Terrors". They are thought to be a menace to society, as the powers granted to them are often... violent.

Kyle must uncover the secrets of the mysterious "Project Daylight", an experiment of unknown purpose. As the subjects of the Night Terror Containment Center suffer under the rule of the Director-Warden, Kyle must fight to survive among the evils of a Nightmare Facility.
