I wish I could say my story started in 2016 when that fantasy world became a reality. A strange man came into a convenience store I worked at and my whole world instantly changed. I was thrown into a world of blood, politics and learned the hard way that vampires are NOTHING like what they are depicted as in works of fiction. But my story started a few years prior, in 2013 and I was blissfully ignorant of what took place around me. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is the 2nd book in my vampire book series. Our main character, Romero, decided that a change of scenery would be a nice decision for himself after a traumatizing event in his life. So, he decided to go and live in a nice, quiet town. It is said to be amazing. The townsfolk are supposedly nice. The scenery is amazing. There does seem to be a little bit of noise at night, but that is normal. Right? I mean, who would not love to live next to the woods in a town that has a "Wolf Problem," whatever that means, AM I RIGHT??? No but seriously, he is a bit concerned for his well-being, and along with trying to keep his past and his job a secret from the town, he is trying to figure out how to process some new... information... he gets about the world he lives in.
