"Glitch" [A Vigilante Deku Story]

Izuku was given up on at a young age. He never really looked up to anyone except allmight, but that began to change as he grew older. He began to feel as if the hero society didn't really help people. Sure, they capture villains using flashy quirks all the time, but Izuku notices something: they only care for one simple reason. That reason? Fame and money. So, he gave up on being a hero, and decided to take things into his own hands. He became a vigilante. Instead of killing though, well-- unless absolutely necessary, he knocks them out and captures them.
In this story, Izuku isn't a "hero". And he doesn't get a quirk. He has witnessed life in the way it actually is, not how it seemed. And he was going to try and stop all villains, no matter what it cost him.
