However, the butler- Alfred Pennyworth- decided to help the father and his daughter. sending a private jet to Boston so it could pick both Y/n and her father up to bring them to gotham. While Y/n's father was getting treated in the hospital, Y/n went on a job hunt. She was allowed to stay in the manor of course but Y/n decided it was best for her to get a small apartment, so she did. Y/n had soon turned nineteen, and she went into training to become a skilled detective for the GCPD. And she hasnt had Any contact with Bruce Wayne even since she arrived at gotham. The only one she talked to was alfred. Bruce of course didnt know that his parents friend had a child. But when he heard the knews. He was most definitely shocked. This girl was also older than him by 11 months. Basically a year. Soon.. the two meet under dire circumstances, her father is dying, and bruce has to help her adapt and overcome. Both of them training in the process under Ras Al' Ghul. Back to Gotham. As friends, maybe more. Damian is not known for sharing his feelings. Infact, most of his siblings would argue he doesn't even have any. A certain Al Ghul is definitely to blame for that. What the rest of the Wayne's, including his father don't know though, is that Damian is struggling. He's struggling to find his real worth after being forced to be the best his whole life. But no one can be the best at everything. He's struggling to understand all these new feelings and hormones that teenagers go through. He doesn't have the help of his past family, and his new family thinks his stone cold. Words and things that'd he'd normally have no problem ignoring, suddenly start to effect him. worse though, they effect his ability to fight. His thoughts are plagued with Talias voice, constantly telling him how he's failed her. Can he find the strength to say something? Or will he just hold everything in and keep putting up a fake front? . . .
