Rey is a 17 y\o girl, a bit shy and kept to herself. She loves reading, playing piano and hanging out with her 2 best friends Amy and Tyler. Even being the smartest student of her High School, she feels a bit lost in this big world. She's always felt like an outsider watching life as a spectator instead of being a main character in her own story.

Maddie is also a senior at Rey's High school, she's the hit girl. Most definitely the main character of her own story. Every girl wants to be her, every boy wants to be with her. She seems to have it all, drop dead gorgeous, perfect boyfriend, perfect life. She appears to know exactly who she is, what she wants and where she's going. But her identity has always been challenged in different ways ,mostly from being mix raced with a Black father and a White mom.

It's easy to get lost under everyone's expectations and to feel misunderstood through it all. 

These two girls are not from the same world at all yet they've been at the same school for years.

What happens when a school project pushes these two together?

When Eve meets Adam she's slowly falling for him, not knowing he's a she called Ada. Eve gets extremely confused with her sexuality, just then Isabel finds out about Eve's feelings. And Isabel started to change. Is she finally showing her real face? Or is this something from her past that she's constantly fighting?
