Of Two Suns

Twenty-two years after The Liberation War, humans and half-Elves live in freedom. Free from slavery to the Elves, and free to live in peace. But, a new war is brewing in the shadows, ready to boil over.

Half-human, half-Elf, and a whole lot of problems; Amaryla wastes her days as a meaningless care-taker to an abandoned shrine, banned from work within her village due to her damaging clumsiness. For her, every day is exactly the same. That is until one night, Ryla's life is flipped upside down. An attack on her village sends her on the run, alone and without knowing if anyone else has survived.

Now being hunted, and without knowing why, Ryla feels hope slipping out of her grasp. Just when all feels lost, she stumbles upon two enemy mercenaries. But is it possible that they aren't really enemies at all? With nowhere else to turn, can Ryla really bring herself to trust those she's been taught to fear?

With something far greater headed her way, she'll need all the help she can get.
