Quinzell Cage was a runaway with nowhere to go. On the run from her past life, alone and naive, she became a perfect target for the Reach.
After being kidnapped, tortured, and forced to develop a so called 'meta gene' Quinn is gifted with superhero powers. She now has the ability to evaporate her entire body into tiny water droplets in the air, and solidify herself again at her will.
As Quinn learns more about herself and her new powers, Quinn must come to terms that there is now a completely different person in her body. Hardened from trauma, Quinn must decide if she's a hero or a coward.

Losing her parents in a house fire, being manipulated by Eobard Thawne/Reverse-Flash into hurting the people she loves, facing off against Zoom and Hellfire - an evil speedster and flare from another earth - and dealing with the aftermath of Flashpoint. After defeating Savitar, an evil time remnant of Barry who tried to kill her, Zoe's life changed forever when the unstable nature of the Speed Force threatened to destroy the city and Barry chose to sacrifice himself to save everyone. Now, she is the sole leader of Team Phlash, and with the help of Wally West/Kid Flash, Cisco Ramon/Vibe, Iris West, Detective Joe West, and her adoptive father, Zach Abrams, she continues to keep Central City safe and encounters a new foe who threatens to level the city unless the Flash returns.
