Hi, the setting of the story isn't on Philippines but on Japan, English talaga siya pero may tagalog sa chapter one hahaha. Anyway, ganun din naman yun hahaha, gagawan ko kasi to ng mga so, para may parang light novel char~. Anyway, this is the description:
Meeting Enma Tsushima is a good thing for Kai Rikou, but meeting Kai Rikou is a disaster for Enma Tsushima. Rikou fall for Tsushima in their first meeting at school gate and keeps insisting to love him back, but Tsushima likes one of her senpai (upperclassmen). Being the class representative of Class 2-5, Tsushima was tasked to look after the transferee, Rikou. and the story begins.

Just how many transfer students does P.K. Academy need?! They always bring trouble - and apparently this 'new' trouble has not only shown up to Kusuo's school, but is staying right next door.
