In the entirety of the minecraft community, there were bound to be two creators that didn't get along after meeting. It just so happened that GeorgeNotFound and Isla were the unlucky ones. Dream and Sapnap seem like they are the greatest friends on camera, however, both share a dark and deep secret as soon as the camera turns off. One where they put their lives at risk, taking it as far as to purposefully misuse insulin. While Dream and Sapnap keep pushing each other into bad habits, George's health starts decreasing more each day. Daily headaches turn into passing out and throwing up, something George blames his anxiety for. But when disaster seems to strike, George passes out on stream. However, this time it's different. Instead of waking up a minute after he passes out, he has his first seizure ever, live on Twitch... Members of the DreamSMP are over at Dream's place when Sapnap and a few others begin to cross the line with Dreamnotfound jokes. Eventually, Dream has had enough of George being uncomfortable because of the sexual jokes and decides to knock some sense into Sapnap. The fight gets heated and Dream throws a punch at Sapnap, but misses.
