Earth. At the age of eight her adoptive parents die because the forces found her and her brother, the forces call themselves the government. At her school Akiyama High she meets some friends who are keeping secrets as well as her and her brother she wants to find out about them but doesn't know how or when she would get the secret out of them. She then moves schools to Kagome High of the gifted. Where she meets her mate Alec but they don't know it because she has wiped the memories of them ever meeting so it is like they are starting all over again.
