Once know as Kit Keith, now known as the first book of the Kit Keith series; Hunting the past. 

Keith is a only a kit.

After mistreatment from the paladins, an ancient promise is suddenly broken by Princess Allura and her Paladins of Voltron.

What will happen when Zarkon finds out?

Kolivan, the Empire, and Voltron end up working to mend the promise Kolivan made with King Alfor many, many years ago where along the journey, reunions are made and families are rediscovered. 

How can the paladins fix what they've done?

Earth is saved from the Galra, and the Paladins of Voltron are the heroes of the Galaxy Garrison, well all except for Keith. He'd been kicked out before the war, and they didn't want him back. He's alone again. Lance, Pidge, and Hunk are employed by the Garrison, Shiro leads missions off world, Allura and Coran are establishing a new world for the Alteans who'd survived, and the Blade don't need him. Keith works in a coffee shop and gets by the best he can, on the little money he earns. This story is loosely based on the paladins of Voltron. I have not watched all the seasons and have changed the backstory of some characters. I do not own any of the characters in this story, and I do not own any of the artwork. There is smut, swearing, talk of rape, and self-harm in the story. I will not be putting disclaimers at the beginning of the chapters, so if you don't want to read it, move on to another story. Warning: Violence, mention of rape, mention of self-harm, boyxboy, sex.
