Theodosia Crouch, also known as the disgraced daughter of Barty Crouch. Well that was until her older brother joined the Dark Lord, tortured some wizards to madness and got life in Azkaban, being sorted in Slytherin doesn't seem so bad after that. 

When her father is killed by her brother who never actually was in Azkaban but rather replaced by her dying mother under the influence of some Polyjuice Potion Theodosia is left orphaned. Luckily she has the best friends in the world, the Weasely's. With her brother on the loose, will she survive the year.All Rights Reserved

The Three Wizards Tournament didn't involve Barty Crouch Junior at all and everything went well, in fact Cedric didn't die in the last challenge. Sirius was at Azkaban until Harry went to Elementary school, then he was freed by Dumbledore and was sent home; he needed to prove to the Ministry of Magic he was capable of taking care of himself and only after six years he found out about his Godson. Harry has been living at Grimmauld Place with Sirius ever since he went to Hogwarts. Lord Voldemort hasn't risen completely yet. Luna, Ginny and Astoria are all in the same year. Remus works at the Ministry of Magic and comes to visit Sirius once in a while. Olivia, the main character, grew up half with Bellatrix and half with Sirius, but only in the present time he could win the battle with Bellatrix and send Olivia to Hogwarts.
