HIGH SCHOOL DXD: OC (Supposed) Son of Savitar (On Hold)

I don't own the rights to High School DxD or The Flash, or anything that is related to Yugioh. All rights belong to Ichiei Ishibumi and Miyama-Zero who created High School DxD. All rights to The Flash belongs to Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg, and Geoff Johns who brought the famous speedster to the CW channel every Tuesday. And all rights to Yugioh belong to Kazuki Takahashi.
I only own the OC I created to go into the story.
Dean Henry Allen is the son of time remnant Barry Allen/ Savitar and Killer Frost of Earth 13. He was different from his parents who were killed after they got arrested and were tried for their crimes. Dean then decided to move to Japan and enroll in Kuoh Academy. Dean was already aware that he inherited his parents powers. He uses his powers to help people and make use of the name Savitar to bring hope to people instead of fear. Dean was adopted by the Hyoudou family and they treated him like he has been apart of their family forever. Issei is younger than Dean by two years and is a pervert. Dean is a kind hearted guy who tries his best to help anyone he can to the best of his ability. One day he met a girl who was shorter than he is and was actually the same age as him... (Both Dean and Koneko are 16 in this story. Also, yes, Dean is my new OC. I'm trying something different than my other OC Red Dragowolf.) ...will Dean and Koneko get together and will other girls fall for him as well? There's only one way to find out. Enjoy the story.
